I am a Vancouver-based writer / performer / host / comedian and emerging director / producer working in film, television and theatre. I have hosted and written for everything from open mics to awards galas, CBC's The Debaters to Knowledge Partner campaigns and my own TV show on OutTV.

In addition to more than 30 years of on-camera experience along with extensive experience directing, producing, and writing for live shows, I have excellent project management and administrative and skills. I have worked in production as a Casting Assistant and an Assistant Production Coordinator and am looking to move into the role of Development Producer.

One quarter of the hit comedy thing, The Lady Show, along with Diana Bang, Fatima Dhowre and Katie-Ellen Humphries, I am also the writer/performer of the award-winning, critically acclaimed one-person comedy shows Give It Up, Girls Like Me and Raccoonery! and a former member of the sketch troupes 30 Helens and The Crawford Twins. I have been featured at the We’re Funny That Way Festival, Seattle SketchFest and JFL NorthWest and am a Canadian Comedy Award nominee. An accomplished film and TV actor, I can be seen in a wide range of roles such as: Chubby Best Friend, Second Cashier and Person with Face.
