Geoffrey Sharp has more than thirty-five years of experience in the entertainment business. He
has worked as a director, writer, producer and showrunner. His original training was as an
actor, appearing in the original Broadway and National Tours of Brighton Beach Memoirs and
Biloxi Blues in New York City among many other shows.

Geoffrey has written, produced and directed several feature films, including Slings and Arrows
for BET/STARZ and Walter and Henry for Showtime starring Nicholas Braun and John
Larroquette. He has written TV Pilots for ABC, Showtime, Howard Stern and other outlets.
For the last fifteen years Geoffrey has worked almost exclusively in Factual television. His
credits include, Through the Wormhole for Discovery, The Story of God with Morgan Freeman
for National Geographic, Beyond Oak Island for History, Ravi Patel’s Pursuit of Happiness for
HBO Max, Brain Games for National Geographic, Golden Sisters for OWN and hundreds of other
hours of television.

Geoffrey has just completed his first novel for which he was awarded a Yefe Nof fellowship. His
latest TV series is Great Escapes with Morgan Freeman for History which premieres November
9th . Geoffrey has been nominated for multiple Emmy Awards. He lives in Altadena, California.
